Returns

Non-returnable items

Sales and clearance items cannot be returned. Ezrella reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers who have a history of excessive or irregular returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
